10th April update.
Tims' Family would like to let his friends know that his memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Monday the 14th of April 2014, at the Parkview Chapel, Allambe Memorial Park, 129 Nerang-Broadbeach Rd, Nerang.
All are welcome.
Jannine and family would like to thank everyone, and we are touched by the obvious love Tim has received from his many friends. Thanks for sharing your pics and stories.
It is with great sadness we advise the passing of Tim Armstrong VK4LZE
(GCARS President) in the early hours of the 4th April 2014.
Gold Coast Amateur Radio Club would like to pass on their sincere condolences to Tim's family and loved ones.

Change of antenna at GCARS.
on Saturday we changed a few antenna's on the eastern tower.
Removed the 2mt vertical, 70cm Yagi, replaced with a Diamond CP6 vertical HF antenna and 2 mt folded dipole.

who will commence the Trivia night.
Any one can bring the questions for the next night just let Peter, Fred or Eric know.
This is a fun night with questions given on a multiple range of topics' (multiple choice)
